Bechtel-Enka contracted to build 112km of highway in Serbia

According to Serbian public television, based on the public invitation for a strategic partner, the selected consortium Behtel-Enka will build the Morava Corridor at a length of 112km.
This will connect Corridor 10 and the “Milos Veliki” highway, and the towns of Ccak, Kraljevica Banja, Trstenik, Krusevc, Stalac and Cicevac, the government of Serbia announced.
In addition to building the highway, the project will include overhauling Western Morava and its branches, as well as building telecommunications infrastructure.
The bidder, based on the tender for the strategic partner for the construction of Morava Corridor, was the Behtel-Enka consortium.
Bechtel - The ECKA has implemented a number of major infrastructure projects in the Balkan region, including highways in Kosovo, Albania, Croatia, Turkey and Romania.
The EU has completed more than 28,18 km of highway and roads, 100 tunnels measuring 355km, and 26 large bridges.
