The Vetevendosje movement has called for the date of new elections to be established as soon as possible, and has indicated that it will not participate in any meeting where the possibility of the second mandate will be discussed.
On the contrary, this opposition party has stressed that next week it will call for extraordinary hearings to dismantle the Kosovo Assembly, as it lets Prime Minister step down Ramush Haradinaj that he cannot make any major decision, but formally until new elections carry out his post.
VV deputy chief Glauk Konjufca through a media conference has demanded that the date of new elections be set as soon as possible.
Konjufca expressed optimism about a pre-election coalition with the LDK and voiced classic expression against a technical government, despite international pressure.
“Unless this week is known the appointment date of elections. The Vetevendosje movement does not attend those meetings where the mandate will be discussed. If this game is played by the president's side of us in the next week we will call for extraordinary sessions to dismantle the”, he said.
Meanwhile, VV deputy chairman Besnik Bislimi said the government in the resignation should not make any major decision that would affect the next government.
I let the government know not to enter any adventure that would make the next government cancel it on the first day. This includes cutting off any activities for privatisation of Telekom or debt inflow, as well as cutting off activities for the Dukagjini highway”, Bislimi said.
