Svyatoslav Vacrcuk, 44-year-old rock band Okean Elzy, appears to be entering the Ukrainian parliament after polls show his newly formed Golos [Zeri] party will receive 6 per cent of the electorate.
Voldymyr Zelensky, the mood star who shocked his nation by winning the presidency in April, immediately said he was ready to start talks with Vakarchuk to form the government coalition, Periscopi writes.
Rocky made a list of his party with young professionals, many of whom educated in the West, stopping current and past lawmakers from joining the party.
“People voted for changes and we're happy to be part of these changes,” had told the Golio party supporters after the polls were released. “We are ready to take responsibility. ”
