(7 years ago)Over 50 thousand euros from the public health budget will go into account for the company, which two years ago was suspected to have produced illegal medical gas. The investigation allegations were that medical gas, with which the company “Bubeari Comerc” had supplied QKUK was responsible for the death of four patients in September of the year [...]
The health inspectorship with the assistance of the Kosovo Police has inspected this company. Their report found that this company illegally produced medical gas, which was used in Kosovo hospitals, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
At the time, the QKUK has decided to cut off this company's contract. While the investigation is continuing for this case, a public institution operating within the Health Ministry has again awarded tender to this company, again for medical gas.
By July 5th, the National Institute of Public Health has published the announcement of contract signature with the company “Bubeari Comerc”. The value of this tender according to the contract announcement is 52 thousand euros.
