Shukri Buya relates the moment he left Macedonian authorities who wanted to penetrate Serbia

Buya, in the “Debat Plus” at RTV Dukaagjini, has said 157 superiors and KLA soldiers are on a list called “under the shadow” and all persons on that list can be arrested when Serbia activates.
The former Commander of the Nerodime Operative Zone says Macedonia and Serbia have an agreement for quick extradition, and I could easily penetrate Serbia, and the next day they could apologise for a mistake.
I'm on my way to Skopje Airport to travel to Istanbul. At the Macedonian border, I have been stopped and my passport has begun to be verified. Albanian police have told me you are on the Interpol list followed by Serbia. I have communicated with a Macedonian state official who was Albanian to know how to act”.“ ...The Albanian director told me: Better than I know what could happen here. You know what to do. This “sentence knows what to do” has left me under the impression that I must leave because no Albanian can possibly influence me to release”, he said.
Buja says he has left his passport with authorities since then until he realized that even the Macedonian task force had left Skopje to arrest him.
“I am starting in the direction of Kosovo in the “tampon” area. Macedonian police have not had the courage to follow me because they fear the Kosovo Police at the border. I've continued walking up I'm out in the area of Kosovo. Upon arriving in Kacanik I have called Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj to ask for clarification of why the case has occurred”.
The former mayor of Lipjan says the next day of this incident, only that the application by Interpol had been formalised.
