Shpend Ahmeti's Lahaj Rame gives the details of tomorrow's concert

On the eve of tenor's concert Rame Lahaj, Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti indicated there is a great interest in citizens to hear Lahaj's music.

While tenor Lahaj asked Pristina to have a decent concert hall.

Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti, at a news conference, said the concert night will be extremely special.

“After a successful concert with the Kosovo philharmonic under 20/20 activities, we have decided that during these days of the diaspora, when there are more people, that the public of Pristina and Kosovo will also offer a fantastic event, with this case our well-known artist Rame Lahaj. He and his friends will perform in our square. They're asking me about tickets, but no tickets, it's free. The interest is too great”, Ahmeti said.

Tenor Rame Lahaj said he felt it as a debt to Pristina such a concert. He said a large concert hall needs Pristina. To him, it is unacceptable that the object in which the philharmonic proves to be the red hall.

I'm happy, considering the agenda, that we managed to organize this concert because there are those who have postponed the holidays. The beauty of this is also a bit of a walk in the square, as Pristina found it developing”, he said.

Culture Director in the Pristina municipality Blerta Bashalli said such a concert with tenor Rame Lahaj is an honor for Pristina.

conductor David Crescenzi said he is proud to be in Kosovo for the concert.

I saw good enthusiasm in people and that's very good”, he said.

The Reme Laaj and Friends will be held tomorrow, August 1st, 20:30, at Skenderbeu Square in Pristina.
