The protest will take place ahead of HEC Decani, to the first hydropower plant on the bridge to send to Gushaavci.
During this protest protesters will honour the sacrifice of the Decani River with a symbolic act.
The “Zyra Energy Regulatory (ZRRE) earlier this year has turned off the transmission lines at Lumbardh II owned by Kelkos because it acted illegally and had given 90 days to HEC Decan and Bella to get the necessary documentation, or they will be forced to undertake legal actions for cutting production and breaking up HC Bella generators and HCcan from the Transmitting Network. 90 days and Z. RRE gave the company another 90 days, so through protest we call on Z. RRE to interrupt the HEC's illegal operations Decan and Bella as well!”, said the organisation's response ERA.
