Hoxhaj has said that both the PDK and government remain committed to taking as soon as possible harmonised actions of all institutions that have responsibility and competence.

Public response is understandable during the last 24 hours regarding the decision not to allow the registration of new students in the country's three public universities. However, both the PDK and the government are committed to taking as soon as possible harmonised actions of all institutions that have responsibility and competence. The Law on Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo envisions accreditment at two levels of institutional and software, so a new decision before the start of the new academic year is necessary. It is also the right time for a literal review of the quality, state of state at universities, and student rights to be educated. We need a social mobilization to support the development of universities because closing them up is not a solution.
