OAK Board Chairman Skender Krasniqi praised Tolajn for his new position, and announced him of the problems that are currently distracting the businesses in relation to objects and properties, as well as discussed the possibilities of co-operation.
According to an OAK communiqué, Krasniqi asked the AKP director to look into the possibilities for the duration of renting items because with AKP regulations, business has the right to borrow the leased object for only a year.
He has stressed that this is presenting major obstacles and uncertainty to businesses, given that businesses are an important factor for economic development in the country, barriers should be removed and not heavier.
While the director of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, Valon Tolaj, thanked OAK representatives for the visit and expressed readiness for co-operation with the Kosovo Afarism Oda and businesses.
Tolaj said she is making efforts to increase deadlines on the duration of the lease contract, creating more facilities and security for businesses during their operation.
