Prizren's Foundation Court, the Department of Internal Crimes, ruling on Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, has set the period of detention in time for a month, against initial defendants A.K., from Tirana.
This is due to unauthorized suspicion of having committed criminal work buying, possession, distribution and selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analog.
“The defendant with the date 2507.2019 from Shkodra leading the type car “Opel Mereva” has transported narcotics of marijuana and hashish, which to a bunker, under the floor of the vehicle had hidden, in total weight of 54,963 kilograms, which at the point of border crossing Kosovo, exclusively near the village of Prizren's Vromica Komuna, have been discovered by police control”, the Court announced.
