MIE says there's no way or right I'm going to reking tools, that's what you do alone. EU

The Ministry of European Integration in a communiqué for the media has reacted to the re-assigning of EU funds for the construction of the concert hall in Pristina, saying the European Integration Ministry (MIE) is not the institution that makes the EU tools re-determining, Periscopi writes. “We want to inform the public opinion that the Ministry of Integration [...]
“We want to inform the public opinion that the European Integration Ministry (MIE) is not the institution that makes the reservation of the EU tools, so it is not true that MIE has asked the EU to re-determit the pre-priced financial means for the construction of the hall of” is said in the communique.
For information, the management of EU funds in Kosovo is centralised, so it's the EU that decides for its funds, not Kosovo. Therefore, we have worked intensively with the Pristina municipality, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the EU Office in Pristina to find the location needed for construction of the” hall, it is said further.
“Since the location proposed by the Pristina municipality had not been resolved on all legal property issues, the EU Office has informed us that the financial tools that were ahead for building the concert hall under the 2019 IPA package would be re-assigned for the Kosovo Decommission A, the project also under the 2019 IPA and which according to preliminary assessments of the EU Office is coming out to be more expensive than before the<1x>, the report by MIE.
So even though the EU Office has done the redefinition of financial means, what's important here is the fact that the tools have not been lost, but also MIE has not written a letter for reking, but it has been the EU that has put us and informed us about this” decision, the minister said.
Otherwise, the European Union had offered a 15.4m-euro donation to the construction of the Concertal Hall in Pristina, but there had been numerous controversy over the site where this hall will be built.
Initially, the Concertal Hall was scheduled to be built in the former crime facility in downtown Pristina, but had been rejected and a petition had been signed, which sought to protect the object of the former Gremia, as it is named as one of the most escapeable objects in the capital./Periscopi/
