According to Albania's police report, training within the framework of joint measures for increasing efficiency in the direction of prevention, identity and attack of lawlessness, which can be conducted between the border of the three countries participating in this training.
“IPA initiative organisation, session of Montenegro, by motto: “Servo for Amili”-“We serve through Friendship”. Within the framework of joint patrols between Albania's Border Police, Montenegro and Kosovo, with the initiative of the IPA, the section of Montenegro, and under the auspices of the General Director of State Police of the Republic of Albania and the Director General of the Montenegrin Police, from 19 July 21st, in the border zone between three states, in (Plava Guci), a 3-year training to identify possible activities through the three border areas, with a goal of building new strategy, preventing common territory and cross-border prosecution. Police officers from DDRKM Shkodra, also members of the IPA, Albania's ion sex, participate in this training. Organising this training from the IPA, Montenegro's section, is not only aimed at the police side, but also the friendly side of the three-nation border police and exchange of experiences between them”, the report said.
