On July 4th, the prisoner in the presence of the probation officers jumped from the second floor and fled in the unknown direction.
“Timed earlier, with media pumps were promoted and inaugurated three safe rooms for persons deprived of freedom and convicted of treatment at QKUK due to lack of conditions at the Hospital Unit of the Straight Center in Dubrava. According to KMDLNj information, convicted S. Q. From Prizren, born 1982, to the torment of the K.K. of Dubrava from October 2018 during the QKUK medical treatment, dated July 4, 2019, right out of the secure room, in the presence of the correctional officers, jumped from the second floor and left for unknown”.
According to KMDLNJ, a hospital should be built only for the treatment of prisoners.
“KMDLNj, even now, even if he previously declared the necessity of building a hospital only to be deprived of freedom within the areas of the Kosovo Correcting Service, from which it would become the impossible to flee the” convicts.
KMDLNJ said the QKUK is not a safe place for the treatment of those deprived of freedom.
This is how it's done and how it's done, it's proving that the safe rooms are not safe and that the QKUK is not a safe place for safe rooms for the fact that convicts are running away from these rooms and, at the same time, the probation officers are suffering arrest without their guilt because they can't provide 100% surveillance for convicts. In Regional Hospitals and QKUK the chances for escape are 100% greater than that from a hospital within the area of the Kosovo Corresponding Service, which is not being built but that it is experimenting with safe rooms”.
