The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has needed less than a month to file charges against the two deputies of the Kosovo Parliament, Frasher Krasniqi and Milaim Zeka, due to the physical clash, the indictment which has been held in prosecutorial offices and court, without ever becoming public.
The act against MPs Krasniqi and Zeka, which has secured “Justice Trust” exclusively, has been established on October 26, 2017.
The prosecution charges Krasniqi with criminal work “with slight bodily exhumation”, while Zeka with criminal work “canging”.
That there is an indictment filed against Krasniqi's Zeka, for “Justice Trust”, has confirmed also the Constitutional Court's spokeswoman in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi.
Gashi, has given no details about the prosecution of this trial process, with the argument that the judge of the case is on an annual vacation.
