Seattle Sounders versus Borussia Dortmund may have been a normal presezonal match for most of us, but the confrontation gave eight-year-old Bheem Goyal an experience he will never forget.
Unfortunately, Behem suffers from leukemia, but was able to start at the port for Sounders, the Periscope broadcast.
The team from Major League Soccer has partnership with the “Maker A-Wish” foundation, which is an international organisation working to satisfy children's wishes worldwide.
The foundation helped Bheem contact Sounders, who allowed the young man to play against the giant from Bundesliga.
What a brilliant gesture.
Bheem found himself in the same field as Mario Gotzen, Julian Weigl and Paco Alzheimer's.
And he completed a pass, after the start of the match, before being replaced by Sounders' goalie, Stefan Frey. /Periscope. com/
