July and August bring exiles to Kosovo from different European countries, where most of them even come in with cars.
Exiles use many alternative routes to come to Kosovo, and one of them is the road that runs through Croatia and Serbia.
An exile who was coming from Switzerland to Kosovo has suffered badly in Serbia, where 1150 euros was fined by Serbian police.

The exile has explained the reasons for the fine in which he said that only three times he was sentenced by 50 euros just for seat belts and once sentenced to 1000 for reasons that his children under the age of 6 have been sitting behind the car, without child chairs.
He has prayed to be careful of all exiles who pass through Serbia and place belts as well as children's chairs.
Here's the notice of the exile he made public on Facebook.
