This panel of discussion aims to challenge the draft government law and challenges related to reducing the number of ministries as part of the government's new restructuring.
In this discussion the panelists and other participants will focus on analyzing the fundamental goal of this reform, namely reducing the number of ministries.
Moreover, this panel aims to identify the impact this step can have not only in the judicial context, but also in the overall reform of the administration in Kosovo.
Among other things, panelists will highlight key views that could facilitate, but also prevent the process of reducing the number of ministries and government restructuring in general.
GLPS teaches that those found from this table contribute as the starting point for public debate in relation to the issues raised and compile a list of recommendations that will help working groups build a law that serves Kosovo and administration reform in general.
The panels will be Besnik Tahiri, National Co-ordinator for State Reform Albulen Haxhiu, chairman of the Commission for Legislation, Mandate, Imunite, Assembly Order and Supervisor of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Visar Morina and Robert Muharrem, university and noble Professors of Korea and Albana Rexha from the Group for Jury and Political Studies.
