So do experts on military and security issues, who have stressed that delays in organisation and in functioning of the KSF under the new mission, are being recorded.
According to them, the restructuring issue has had to be fixed within the first quarter after the Army vote, as well as should have been the staff of The KSF to isolate itself, form with military activity, so it can be seen how it can function with additional military tasks.
Despite opposition criticism over the functioning of the Kosovo Army, the Defence Ministry is denying they are violating legal deadlines for transforming KSF into the military. /Zeri
