Baraliu: After 45 days the president must announce extraordinary elections

Following Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's resignation, university professor Mazum Baraliu has shown what are the procedures to go to the polls.

He said that when the prime minister resigns, it means the government's decline, and in this case the country's president must announce extraordinary elections

“When the prime minister resigns the prime minister's resignation automatically means the government's decline and in the event of the collapse of the Government, then Kosovo's president should announce the 45-day-long extraordinary elections and hold extraordinary elections. These elections should produce new institutions after elections”, he said
