Anamend Zemaj: Burn coal, not concert hall funds

According to him, the funds were not supposed to be re-destined because the concert hall would serve many Kosovo Philharmonic and cultural-music activities.

Many funds were burned in the name of Kosovo A and B and turned into black smoke, while it will be white because of the multi-changed filters. So, you have to investigate how these funds are spent, are they dedicated to power plant filters, or is there any misuse?

Zemaj has said that “Although, a physical verification of these filters should be made to see if these filters have really been changed sometimes and how is their situation, because black smoke is not stopping”.

“I call on all parties, that as soon as we establish a parliamentary investigative commission, including a non-verbal special prosecutor, but to be only participants during the discussions, as well as verify the means spent on this dictatorship”, Zemaj said.
