(7 years ago)Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, has filed an indictment with the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against Ivan Todosijevic since, in the quality of the majority in the Government of Kosovo, misusing his position or authorisations, has deliberately promoted and spread hatred, divisions and no patience among the national, racial and ethnic groups living [...]
According to the prosecution, I.T., in 24.03.2019, in the quality of participants and speakers at the civic rally against NATO intervention in 1999 in Kosovo, the so-called “in memory of the victims of NATO bombing”, says:
The reason for aggression in our country has been the so-called humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo and Metohija... Recak's massacre was fiction... It's Albanian terrorists who faked all this and committed the biggest crimes in Kosovo and Metohija... For this, to this day, no one has claimed responsibility... they have committed crimes before NATO aggression, they have killed good Serbian households and policemen in their workplace... their drinking blood has continued even during aggression even after the arrival of the so-called peaceful mission in Kosovo and Metohija”, actions that could disrupt public order or cause more serious consequences in the Republic of Kosovo.
By these actions Ivan Todosijevic has committed the criminal work “The instigation of hatred, division or national, racial, religious or ethnic patience”.
Todosijevic has been Minister of Local Power, and after that the same statement has been dismissed by Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
