The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against indictees Mr.D., from Peja, with the current Belgrade residence, for criminal acts “War crimes in grave violation of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention, followed by Article 152 paragraph 1 of the Kosovo Criminal Code, and Article 142 of the RSPJ Criminal Code, <x2K> of war in serious violation of laws and customs that are implemented in the armed conflicts that are not followed in the 153th character under 153 paragraphs, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2,2151; and 2KP (2).
The defendant Mr.D., during March March 1999, April 1999, in Pec's crystal district, interacting with an organised criminal group, Serbian national, dressed in police uniforms, paramilitary, military, caused great suffering or violation of body/health integrity, application of intimidation measures against the vulnerable civilian population, murder, looting a city or country, ordering civil and individual civilians who do not participate directly in the conflict, in the way that by interacting with the most unidentified people, has now gone to the neighborhood of the <KlCHlCH, violent citizens have entered their homes and physically persecuted their own selves, and killed their own selves.
With this defendant, Mr.D., committed criminal acts “War crimes in grave violation of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention, followed according to Article 152 paragraph 1 of Kosovo's Penal Code, and Article 142 of the RSFJ Criminal Code, <x2ccures of war in serious violation of laws and customs that are implemented in the armed conflicts that are not of the international character<3x> that are followed under 153 paragraphs, 111, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2,21; 213; and 2/1; and 2/15; and 3KP.
