Hoxhaj says the debate on the tax on Serbian products has degraded, because according to him, institutions should see short-term decisions which are long-term interests and expectations.

New dynamic dialogue, Hoxhaj says he can give the Paris Summit, even though voices have been added that he may fail.

According to him, the Paris Summit may be an important link to restore dialogue speed.

There is room and time for the Paris Summit to be a success. There is great American and European attention and commitment for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue to end with mutual recognition. Of course, since September there may be a new dynamic of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, and the Paris Summit may be an important link to restore dialogue speed”.
