Works at this school have been carried out by separate means by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, with the proposal provided by Minister Tahiri.
During the inauguration ceremony, Minister Tahiri has stressed that one of the first visits after receiving the mandate had been made in this municipality to assist in projects directly affecting the welfare of citizens on this side.
“Through that visit, I have been aiming to set a new standard in the policy of the Government of Kosovo, where the contribution and commitment to facilitate and improve the lives of the Albanian residents of the Valley is a major interest and the primary political obligation of Kosovo institutions” has said the minister Tahiri.
He has suggested that any investment in the Presevo Valley in the field of education is an investment in the development of this region, and that Kosovo is obliged to be as active as possible in this direction.
The right to education and education is an fundamental democratic human right. However, that right cannot be exercised if basic conditions are lacking. It is transformed into only a formal right without content”, said Minister Tahiri.
While the mayor of Bujanovac, Shaip Kamberi, has suggested that minister Tahiri's initiative has paved the way for many other co-operations with the Government of Kosovo, which are currently under way in this municipality.
