On 3 June, the Ministry of Infrastructure declared the firm “Mirusha Company”, which is owned by the family that Selim was proclaimed winner and in a million-euro tender.
On Saturday, the Ministry of Infrastructure has made the opening of bids for the tender “expansion of the N 9.1 National Road, the Dolc-Gjakova segment, L=31.00”. That same day, companies have been notified about the ministry's Commission's decision to this tender, which has been divided into three tears.
According to documents that have seen the news.net, for tears 1 has been declared the winner of “Company. Kag Asphalt” from Prizren at the price of 8,590, 949.83 euros.
For tears 2 companies have been declared winners in the consortium “Mirusha & Geci & Rahovica” at the price of 6,99, 494.05 euros, with company leader “Mirusha Company”.
For tears 3 has been declared winner “Lake Trade” by Decani at the price of 5, 434, 111.44 euros.
According to Kosovo Business Recording Agency ) ARBK, “Mirusha Company”, figures owned by three of Sylejman Selimi's brothers, in the name of Selman, Fidan and Mentor Selimi. All the brothers of the former KLA commander have their own homes and residences, while the common house, along with Sylejman Selimi, is in theAcareve of Skyeraj.
Meanwhile, this tender is in the phase where the Ministry is reporting to other companies with reason the elimination from the race, to pave the way for their complaint, if any of them think the law has been passed during the tender assessment.
