Does this response from the prime minister on Facebook hide the bad news about visas?

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj suppose that the media have not accurately translated the paragraph of the Council of Ministers' conclusions, where they speak of visa liberalisation.

The Council recognises the importance of visa liberalisation for Kosovo. The commission has made an official proposal in May 2016 to transfer Kosovo to the list of states that can travel visa-free to the Schengen area, as presented in the July 2018 report about meeting the remaining criteria. In March 2019, the European Parliament supported the European Commission's first reading proposal. The word that the proposal is under consideration means that the TVs are not so close and it has nothing to do with any review from which a visa decision will come from within seconds after that.

Therefore, Conculses of the Council of Ministers are interpreted as they have been: which is the opposite of everyday talk: good visa news, but visa visas, pre-summer visas, autumn visas, Christmas visas, Bajram visas, winter visas...
