Raskaj feels optimistic before matches with Montenegro, Bulgaria

Both Vedat Muriqi and Anel Raskaj have expressed optimism about the June 7th and 10th matches Kosovo will play on the trip to Montenegro and Bulgaria.

Raskaj, who has returned to the National in a few years, hopes that “rdians” take full scores at these two meetings.

If we consider past matches, we should be optimistic because they were very good matches. Against Bulgaria was a fine match, even though three points were missing. If we take those presentations into account, we should be optimistic”, midfielder Raskaj said at a news conference Monday.

He said he's happy to be back at the national, adding that the quality is now higher than the time he was playing captain.

“It's a pleasure to be back in this group”, Raskaj said.

There's some new players who weren't when I was, now the quality is higher. I know most of them before. I've been watching all the games in recent years. I've been well received”

It's a very good group. Not only as footballers but have high-level characters”, Raskaj further said.
