The executive led by Ramush Haradinaj says Kosovo is ready to go to Paris, KTV reports.
Government spokeswoman Donjet Gashi has stated that the tax issue should not be connected with continuing dialogue.
According to her, the prime minister wants to have a framework agreement, which would result in recognition.
Meanwhile, analyst Imer Mushkolaj estimates dialogue should not continue without having
definition of subjects and timetables of when this process will end.
The idea of the Framework Agreement also views Haradinaj's stance as easing the tax.
Under the organisation of French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, on July 1st and 2nd in Paris, has been warned of holding this summit.
