After meeting Basha at PD headquarters, Dassamir Shehi said the decision was made by some unfortunate, for a ghost party.
Basha's ally also unveiled the opposition strategy, which will be faced in any city not to allow the election to be held.
This week will culminate in the popular protest. To convey this fixed idea we have these four months. We don't know these choices. We will carry out Meta's decree. The college decided on a ghost party. College is some unfortunate thing that happened to make some decisions. This will be next week. We will face every city in Albania.
