“Day earlier in Serbian media news broke out about the incubation of the so-called FK Trepcaić from Northern Mitrovica to a higher rank of competitions under the umbrella of Serbia's Football Federation. The NFFK suggests that in the state and sports institutions of the Republic of Kosovo there are KF-Trepcha89, who competes in the Kosovo Superliga and KF-Trepchaʹ that competes in the First League of Kosovo, and they are the only legitimate clubs with that name. Therefore, the NFFK considers any activity of unregistered clubs in state institutions and its organs illegal and requires the immediate disruption of these activities, which greatly damage the image of the NFF but also its own state”, it says in response.

The NFF calls for all institutions, the president, prime minister, the sports ministry and the negotiating group for dialogue with Serbia to react to this issue in international organs, as such actions are misleading and intent on the population of that part of the city of Mitrovica with a district of”, is said to be further in response.
At the end of the response, it is said that if such activities are repeated without FFK permission, then “the intervention of the Kosovo Police to stop them” is necessary.
We remember once again that the Kosovo Football Federation is the only competent organisation that organises, governs and regulates football competitions across the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, and is founded on the principles of the sports spirit and cepair-play formerly, as well as membership in the U. FIFA EFA in May 2016. The NFFK is open to new members and invites clubs of all communities operating throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to register in Kosovo state institutions and engage in FFK-organised competitions. Once, The NFFK, in support of security institutions, guarantees to all participating security clubs and éphair-play in competition”, says at the end of the response.
