Newmar confiscated 36 apartments and villas after rape charges

After the charges of raping a Brazilian model and leaving him out of green fields for some time, star P SG is facing a huge problem.

About 36 properties registered under his name and the Neymar family have been confiscated by the Brazilian court.

Property smuggling has come because it is believed that Neymar has lost a trial with the IRS company in 2017 and that is why they will all be passed on to this company.

The property is located in Santos, São Paulo, Guaruiá, Praia Grande, and São Vicente, where Neymar owned two luxury buildings that seized a perimeter of 3,000 m2 and a value of 14m euros.

Another closed property, but according to “Folha de S. Paulo”, is an apartment in São Paulo district and Vila Mariana 760 m2, purchased in 2015 for about $6.1m, which is now estimated at about $15m.

Three apartments, Neymar, had it in the area of Itapema, in the municipality of Santa Catarina. One of them has an area of 470 m2 and an estimated $1.4m. The other has a similar size, and it was purchased for 2.4 million.

The newspaper reports that 28 properties owned by the player in the state of São Paulo were also blocked by courts. It remains to be seen how Neymar will react, which seems to have another mountain on his back.
