The Kosovo Assembly is holding the works of the plenary hearing, where about 35 points on which Kosovo lawmakers' votes are required are envisioned in order of day.
Among other things, the resolution's proposal by parliamentary debate on Kosovo's president's commitments to the involvement of “the exchange of territories” or “border correction” in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, but that voted only 28 MPs, and was postponed for the next sessions.
The draft resolution by the debate over failures and scandals in the foreign policy of the Republic of Kosovo has also been put under way, and there has been no quorum in the vote.
Nor has it been voted for a proposal-resolution by parliamentary debate over the failures of the ruling coalition, which culminated with no visa liberalisation.
And there was a comment from Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Xhavit Haliti.
“Why are you saying the coalition has failed when you don't vote on resolution”, Haliti said.
At today's plenary session, there is a lack of quorum in voting, and as a result, it has so far failed to pass through the dots.
There have also not been enough votes for the Commission's Human Rights Report, Gender Equality and Ungenerated Persons and Petitions concerning monitoring the law on protection from discrimination.
Neither has the Commission's Report on Boards and Finances passed over the supervision of Bank law enforcement, microfinance institutions and non-bank financial institutions.
MPs have not voted the audit report for the Ministry of Culture's annual financial mirrors in 2017.
Voter quorum shortages have also had a report on the state of the environment in Kosovo for 2017.
Nor has the appointment of seven members of the Council of Kosovo for Cultural Heritage been voted enough.
Nor has the vote passed on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Regulatory Communications and Electronic Communications Authority.
Proposal voting by parliamentary debate on the case of sexual harassment, sexual rape and illegal abortion against minors and institutional responsibility of the Government of Kosovo remains for the next sessions.
Also, after a debate on the 5th amendment proposed by Bekim Haxhiu to enable the implementation of the Sponsorization Law, where it was said that culture and sports would support it, has failed to get enough votes.
