Moliqaj was voted today by the Steering Council of The PSD as the party's new organising secretary, replacing Namim Jakain, who exercised this post from last year when party leaders were elected for the first time.
At the PSD Steering Council meeting held today, four new members of headship were also voted in.
Adea Batusha, Aida Rushiti, Ardian Oluri and Nature Kuci are the four new members of headship.
