Another Kosovo Police Action This Time for Game of Fate

In spite of that, their illegal activity has been interrupted after a Kosovo Police action in several municipalities, focused on the Podujevo one.

Control by inspectors has been found that business and game equipment have not been licensed, with 11 lucky games confiscated from them, while 6,654 (six thousand and six hundred and fifty - four) have been confiscated from police units.

With the date of 06.06,2019 at the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, namely, at the Centre for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, a tip has been accepted, under which in the village of Sekiraq, the municipality of Podujevo, specifically at the “location, one of the leading objects of the ALB-Perol pig pump, are being organised and working games of fate that are being banned in our country with the decision of Kosovo Government and information and informants, according to the post-intelligators we have contact at the same location that has been operating during the time of the games that are licensed to our country.

After obtaining information in word and analysis, the location has been verified in co-ordination with the ATK Inspectorate and Kosovo Customs, as well as supported by the UN ROSU Unit, today on June 7th 2019, around 17:30, we have organised a joint check in the upper location.

During the implementation of a location check operation on information, we've encountered a total of 11 fortune players in which two people were present, one has been introduced as a worker at this bar, while the other as a player and the locals have also encountered a total of 11 fortune players all lit up and ready to play.

It is noteworthy that during the realisation of the check, ATK inspectors have found that business and equipment in question are unlicensed and the same have been working contrary to applicable laws in our country and the same (11 cameras) have been confiscated by Kosovo Customs, while within the equipment and in the local wallet that was in the hands of the worker have been encountered and pre-cussed at the value of 6 thousand and 654 euros allegedly won against the criminal act allegedly committed the same deed.
