The volleyball clubs are among the most affected by financial difficulties, and it needs them not to meet expectations.
The winner of the Kosovo Cup in volleyball, in women's competition, KV Skyeraji has retired from European competitions, Transmission Periscope.
The team's chief coach, Star Kadriu, said it is painful they do not participate because of conditions. Scytheright is one of the most organised clubs, and without even a reinforcement from the outside it managed to adorn itself with the precious trophy, the Kosovo Cup.
It is true that our aim has been to win trophies to succeed in qualifying for European competitions, we as a team and I as a coach have done our job by winning the Kosovo Cup and the right to European race, but to participate in these races have to have a good budget, because expenses are high.
So we haven't found the support we need to take part in these races, but as a club we're focusing on the funds that would have been spent on those races to save them for the local races to keep the team we have and to have access to even some evental reinforcement”, Kadri told Bota Sot”. /Periscope. com/
