KFOR spokesman in Kosovo Vincenzo Grasso has said the security situation in Kosovo is calm and under control.
He has added that there is no reason for fear following KFOR's flight over Mitrovica last night in Zvecan and part of Zubin Potok's territory.
Gas for the Serbian daily “Politika” has said that according to KFOR information there is no danger from the humanitarian crisis in the four Serb majority municipalities in the north and added that such rhetoric does not help normalise life.
Last night's helicopter flight has been a routine move because it was the moment of their shift. There is no reason for fear”, Grasso said.
There are no changes in KFOR's structure and everything is going to normal-flow”, he added. Grasso has stressed that the security situation in Kosovo is calm and under control.
Nothing unexpected can happen, and KFOR continues to develop communication with all relevant institutions in Kosovo and Serbia”, KFOR spokesman said.
