“As such will be their greatest support. It will be the force that protects freedom and promotes the rule of law. The PDK will be the voice of the new decade. We're the most powerful party in the country. We have proved the best example of democracy and we can proudly say that this process was an extraordinary success with tens of thousands of citizens participating in domestic elections”, Wessel said in his speech at the PDK Festival Convention.
Before party structures and many sympathies, he has said he will work on rooting out corruption.
“As a member I have believed that we will achieve freedom today 20 years after winning that war I will not allow those summer dilemmas to come into place by anyone or anything. The soul of sacrifice and solidarity in UCK yesterday should be an example of the state's character struggle today”.
We have completed the struggle for independence, but not for the rule of law. I am here today to pledge that just as I have fought for Kosovo's liberation, so we will fight for Kosovo to rid it of corruption and abuse”.
Wessel has confirmed that he is proud to run the PDK.
