According to him, reaching the Kosovo-Serbia agreement is a prerequisite for continuing the process of accession to the European Union and that it is an integral part of negotiations on Serbia's accession.
“We have positively assessed Serbia's efforts in dialogue and that should lead to a compromise solution”, he said.
La Caso was also asked about the 100% tax, where he said his country has repeatedly asked Pristina to drop the tax as soon as possible so that it can continue dialogue.
He also said he expects Kosovo to operate in the spirit of dialogue.
