Albanian residents in Gracanica have trouble extracting documents in Komuna

Albanian residents of the Gracanica municipality are complaining they are having delays in equipment with various documents, while Serbians say otherwise.

Ramiz Gashi, owner of the color factory “Relux KPS” is complaining that to get a possession list and a copy of the plan from the cadastre directorate in Gracanica has had to wait a month.

According to him, this director is employed by inexperienced people and nobody controls them.

I don't know if anyone's controlling them or having a boss or manager. I'm talking about myself when I had to ask for a card and a copy of the plan, I applied there and I made all the payments required of them, and they told me tomorrow, when I went out the next day they didn't have some documents or geoporinals and I was asked to do some points with geometry that I had to pay for myself, just for a copy of the plan and a possessive sheet I was abused there one day“, Gashi said.

Although he obtained the possessive list, Gashi claims he was faced with other problems, which also caused him numerous delays, as documents had multiple errors.

But these delays have denied the director of the Canadian Municipal Office in Gracanica, Nebojsa Sudimaq, who through an electronic switch, says of Kosova Preress, that all requests for the ownership lists are issued to applicants within 24 hours.

There are other mistakes in the scriptures, which can easily be determined who made them and in over 90% of the cases, these errors were made during the writings of other organs, not the Gracanica KK. And on the other hand, residents of the Serb community in Gracanica deny that there is delay in obtaining documents assigned by the municipality.

Dragan Arsic, resident of this municipality, says briefly that they have no delays when they want to get any municipality documents.

Dimrijevic Radosav, a Serb resident in Gracanica, also stated that all documents that are the competence of this municipality can be easily extracted, without trouble.

“There is no problem; all can be removed. There are extracts, possessive lists, copies of plans and others belonging to the municipality for release, while for others I do not know”, he said.
