Limaj has announced that with the Slovak top diplomat, they have talked about current developments in the country, as well as deepening relations between our two countries.
Limaj, also at this meeting, has stressed the importance it has for Kosovo and the region as soon as it recognises Kosovo from EU member states and this Slovakia case.
Full announcement:
Along with Shpend Ahmeti in the quality of the State Delegation chairmanship for Talks with Serbia, we had a working lunch with Slovakia's Foreign Minister, simultaneously the OSCE chairman, Miroslav Lajcak, with whom we talked about current developments in our country, as well as deepening relations between our two countries. We also talked about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and jointly agreed that there should be a way out to continue dialogue with Serbia. Kosovo is willing to sit in talks to reach a comprehensive agreement tasked with mutual recognition. I also stressed the importance it has for Kosovo and the region to recognise Kosovo as soon as possible by EU member states, and this case of Slovakia.
