The CEC says 53 KZAZ polling stations no. 6 The Sea Vau despite delays in the distribution of election materials, for already publicly recognised reasons, has opened and the voting process has started normally.
“So far voter turnout is: 12%. This is a preliminary clue, which changes based on the information the polling stations have forwarded to the CEC data centre. The Central Election Commission appeals to all citizens who turn to ballot boxes and express their will by vote, as solutions in democracy can and should only come out of the vote”, spokeswoman Drilona Hohaj has said.
