The Judges' Committee at UEFA announced that Damir Skomina will be the chief judge of the Champions Champions' finals between Tottenham and Liverpool on June 1st, at <x0Wanda Metropolana”, Madrid.
The Slovenian judge will complete a triplet in Europe's most important competitions. In 2017 he judged the Europa League between Manchester United and Ajax in the year 2012 at the Super Cup UEFA, which was played between Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
Also, there was the fourth referee in the 2013 Champions League final between Beyern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
This 42-year-old season has ruled in four Champions League and 2 games in Europe League.
