Vuciq: Kosovo joining Albania, will react sharply, determined

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq said he is absolutely convinced that things will develop in the direction, which, according to him, has warned Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, when he spoke of the possibility of joining Kosovo with Albania.

I am absolutely convinced that things will develop in this sentence. We will react seriously and responsiblely, but harsh and determined”, Vuciq said, broadcast Serbian media.

Days ago, Kosovo President Thaci said new circumstances are being created, which, according to him, offer Kosovo joining Albania as the best solution. Thaci encouraged the Kosovo Parliament and Albania's to issue the union's declaration.

But, Vuciq said the international community has assured it that this will not happen.

I told European representatives three days ago about what you're asking me (joining Kosovo and Albania) and they told me: Aleksandar, that's not gonna happen. We will never allow”, Vuciq said, but added that these statements are the reason he believes such a thing will happen.
Kosovo, since 2011, has been in the process of talks on normalising relations with Serbia.
But, the process has stalled since the end of last year, due to, as it has been said, the tax Kosovo has imposed on products imported from Serbia.
