Arsenal has made it known that Henrik Mkhitaryan will be missing on coach-elect Unai Emery's team for confronting the Chelsea in the finals of Europe League, to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 29 May.
Recently, it was reported on the dangers Armenian Henrik Mkhitaryan could pose if he traveled to Baku, due to political tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Club leaders have now indicated that they will not endanger the footballer and he will not be part of the team that will travel to Azerbaijan 29 May.
