Although it started with an hour's delay, the initial plenary hearing to consider about 59 points left behind by past sessions has been postponed due to a lack of quorum for 1:30.
All this happened because of not passing the agenda points because of not achieving the necessary number of votes.
After a consultation with the parliamentary leaders, Kosovo Assembly Speaker Aida Dorgi made a decision to go on pause and return at 13:30.
