Kosovo Central Bank buys official car worth over 69 thousand euros

Recently, the Kosovo Central Bank has purchased official cars for its needs.
However, this car has cost less than 69 thousand and 200 euros.
At least that's what it says in the announcement of the contract published on the BQC site at the tenders.

In this contract, entitled “The official car planning for the needs of the BQ-Rendering”, it becomes known that open procedure was used.
Two economic operators have applied for this tender, with the winning tender name being “Reforma” Sh.p.K., with an address to Obilic.
This tender was opened several months ago, but was cancelled in the absence of responsible operators on April 4th.
Then, on April 16th, it had been put to a stand, while 14 had been announced on the deadlines.
