With the aim of fair information of citizens and opinion, UKPHR Secretary Explains that during the meeting for which the document is reportedly discussed the ministry's special programme, Secretary Halimi has threatened Deputy Prime Minister Vesel Krasniqi, there has been no discussion about the particular MBPHR programme, but there has been discussion about the ministry's daily work, including projects that are in realisation of rural development. The secretary emphasises that the Rural Development Programmes and the Programmes for Direct-Subvenation Pay are designed based on the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development of 03-L-098, as well as the completion of the Education and Development Law Change 04/ L-090 and administrative guidelines, in which nothing can change Secretary Halimi.
Furthermore, the secretary points out that in no case has he intervened in the selection procedures of the beneficiary farmers, which Deputy Minister Krasniqi is accusing in his statements repeatedly in the Time Ditore. As UKPHR Secretary General, from the beginning of my mandate until now, I am constantly committed to increasing transparency with the aim of informing the public and as secretary of the ministry I appeal to Koha Ditore and journalist Besnik Krasniqi not to help and provide space for blackmail against a civil official, and besides that Deputy Minister Vesel Krasniqi, I appeal to him to stop blackmailing me.
