Hysni Ahmeti, a fellow fighter and commander of the 141 Brigade, Meshe Ukaʹ, speaking of the figure, life and work of Safet, said that the hero was born and raised in the period when the bread lay in fear, when the calamity and oil replaced the seasons, when there was bread while the enemies did not allow it to eat, and when people were stronger than the rock.
According to him, not only the Safet had been sacrificed to Albanian soil but his grandfather and great grandfather, as well as the bobore men of the Boletins.
