The EU's clear “position is that there must be responsibility for all crimes committed during the conflicts in the former Yugoslavia of the 1990s, and that only meaningful regional and good neighbourly co-operation are crucial to boosting confidence and overcoming the legacy of the past”, Kocijanciq's response to news.net says.
