Perhaps the best player in club history, captain of the “Red” finished his career without winning any Premier Legers title with the team.
His last career match with the club from “Merseyside” was on a trip to Stoke City, in the last Premier Legers game for that season, the Periscope broadcast.
It all ended up in the worst possible way, with Liverpool accepting six goals in the league for the first time in 52 years, until five of them came to the first half.
